We always want to provide our customers with the best service and to ensure all your answers and needs are met. Here, you can find some common questions answered:
How long will it take to get my package?
Our goal is to get our product in your hands as soon as possible. We currently offer standard Canada Post shipping and this can take between 3 to 10 business days once in the hands of Canada Post.
If you are ordering custom items, it could take 1-2 weeks for the product to be completed. Please note, we will send all items together once completed. If you would like your items sent separately, feel free to do separate transactions.
Are your teething accessories safe for my baby?
Yes, however, always use under the supervision of an adult and always inspect teething accessories for wear and tear before each use.
We purchase our beads from a Canadian wholesaler and they are made from 100% food grade silicone and are 100% non-toxic, without cadmium, PVC, mercury, lead or phthalates. Approved by the FDA, LFGB, AND SGS.
Our wooden teething beads and wooden rings (rattles) are made of beech wood and are treated with 100% organic virgin coconut oil. They are 100% non-toxic, and are without cadmium, PVC, mercury, lead or phthalates. Approved by the FDA, LFGB, and SGS.
How do I care for my teething accessories?
Once you receive your teething items (pacifier clips, teething rattles or silicone teething toys), wash your items before first use. In order to avoid swelling or breaking of the wood products, DO NOT soak wood products including the clips of the pacifier clip in liquid. To wash the silicone, use a mild soap with water. Rinse well with clear water and wipe with a dry cloth. To wash the wood, wipe down with a damp cloth and allow to air dry.
Do you offer customization on any of your products?
Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to work with you on creating your customized item.
What material do you use for your bandana bibs?
We use 100% cotton material (a combination of quilting cotton on the front and cotton flannel for the back). We feel that the cotton is more breathable and the flannel works well in absorbing drool.
How do I care for my bandana bibs?
We recommend washing your bibs in a regular wash cycle and for best results lay flat to dry. Bibs looks best ironed... but let's be honest, ain't nobody got time for that!
What material do you use for your bonnets?
We use 100% cotton fabric for both the lining and the exterior of the bonnet. For our reversible bonnets, the exterior is a cotton/linen blend and interior is 100% cotton. Lace trim is also 100% cotton.
How do I care for my bonnet?
Hand wash or spot clean. Lay flat to dry and iron brim for best results.
Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss returns or exchanges and we would be happy to figure out an arrangement with you.
